Why crows freak me out......
For the past two weeks we have been invaded by thousands of crows here in the southwest section of Cape Coral. This has reminded me of the reason they freak me out. I got in the car tonight in the middle of the pouring rain to take these pictures. Actually, Bob drove me. It was his idea, but he still thinks I am nuts. It's all about the blog Bob!
I remember being totally freaked out by the movie, The Birds, by Alfred Hitchcock when I was a child, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=crows&btnG=Google+Search, but that is not the reason....

Here is the reason:
One morning about 8 years ago on Memorial Day weekend, I was sleeping soundly in my bed. At exactly 5:50 am, I was awakened by this crow outside my window. It was a sound I have never heard before in my life. The crow was having a freaking fit outside my window.....I thought well I might as well get up now and get a head start on my yard work, stupid crow! At about 6:45, while I was working in the yard, Bob came outside and asked me to come in the house, he had to talk to me. Well, as you might have guessed it was bad news. My father was dead, he died at 5:50 am, the exact time the crow woke me up. So, this is why crows freak me out.
I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I guess I would freak out if one was at my window again but if they are just hanging on the telephone wire they probably don't have a message just for you.
Ok, now that story gave me goose bumps.
